Yegor Grushin biography - Ukrainian neoclassical composer and pianist. Egor was born on April 2, 1993 in the city of Odessa.
In early 2001, the composer's family moved to Novaya Kakhovka, where Grushin graduated from the music school with honors in 2008.
Since 2009, the young musician has been fond of writing cover compositions for songs of his favorite musical groups and performers, among them: Mews, Bon Joey, Okean Elzy, Queen and others.
Grushin puts his tracks and compositions on the Internet, where he quickly gains popularity. More than 50 thousand people listened to his poem called "Christmas story" in two days. The popularity of the young Yegor Grushin is only growing every day.
In 2011, the musician moved to Lviv at the invitation of Andrey Bochka. In the western city of Ukraine, he meets Yakov Matviychuk, who is the producer of the famous international festival called "Zakhid". Matviychuk sees potential in Yegor and helps him organize his first solo concert.
After a short period of time, Yegor, together with Andrey Bochk and Roksolana Pakholkova, create their own collective under the mysterious name "Illusions".
From January to July 2011, Yegor Grushin organizes and gives a concert, an all-Ukrainian tour called "Emotions". Having gained emotions and a positive charge, Yegor decides to create his first album.
In March 2012, the musician presents his first album "Inside", which includes twelve compositions recorded by Yegor throughout 2011. The album was mixed and recorded at home using non-professional equipment. Therefore, the material was not published on a physical medium, but simply distributed free of charge on the Internet, and if you enter the request - download egor grushin, you can get his amazing works.
The main composition of the album, entitled "Inside", was used in the short film "Finita la tragedia" in 2013. In this picture, Yegor plays his own song on the piano, accompanied by Roksolana with a cello.
In February of the same 2013, a new album called "Absolution" was released. The composer's solo edition includes twenty tracks. A feature of the material is that all songs are recorded at a recording studio with professional equipment.
Throughout the winter of 2014, the author writes material for a new collection. Already in April 2014 he will present to his fans a new edition called "Dominicano". The album is in two parts. The first part is a kind of story of five compositions, the second part is separate tracks that were written in different periods of the composer's life.
In May 2016, Yegor Grushin published the track list of his new album. The disc itself, entitled "Once", was released on June 1 of the same year. His new work was proudly appreciated by music critics. Many releases were written on foreign resources such as: A Closer Listen: a home for instrumental and experimental music, Music Won't Save You, Echoes And Dust, Merchants of Air and others.
